Sometimes trucking can get a bad reputation for being a challenging and difficult field.

When new truckers who have fresh CDL training certifications want to find a company to work for, they may wish to check out some of the more seasoned businesses with a reliable track record.

Indiana-based truckers who have recently completed their CDL training or those simply looking for a change have some new job opportunities headed their way.

The National Association for Minority Truckers (NAfMT) works to assist truckers who need access to information and jobs that will help them during their careers in the trucking industry.

Some governmental officials are looking out for unemployed veterans by offering them opportunities to enter the trucking industry.

As the trucking industry continues to boom and new drivers who have just completed their CDL training flood the roadways, companies in the truck stop business are doing what they can to accommodate those who make their livelihood on the road.

During the annual Tokyo Motor Show, there were some new commercial trucking vehicles introduced that drivers may see on American roads in the future.

If the law is passed for reducing the number of hours truckers are allowed on the road, it may affect more than just the driverÂ’s livelihood and profits for owner-operators.

Truckers can tell the public about the perks and benefits that come along with being involved in the industry, but having someone learn on their own is another experience all together.
