TCA to release new magazine with help of The Trucker

Truckers will have another resource to learn about the best fleet management practices, as the Truckload Carriers Association will release a new publication called the Truckload Authority.

"We are pleased and excited to expand our efforts to serve our members by providing them exclusive, pertinent business content while keeping them apprised of our work on their behalf," said Chris Burruss, president of the TCA.  "We are always looking for ways to make a difference both for our members and the industry as a whole."

According to Gary Salisbury, outgoing president of the TCA, established publication The Trucker will help the TCA to publish the Truckload Authority, which is set to release its first issue in June, with the second edition expected in December.

Another resource available to fleet owners and operators is videos from Big Truck TV, which are comprised of relevant content for professionals in the trucking industry, reported StreamingMedia.com.

The website said the streaming online videos discuss many problems and issues trucking professionals can encounter with regularity.
