Release of streamlined technology to help trucking road regulations
Fleet management owners are fortunate to have innovative technology available to them that helps organize the daily tasks within the trucking industry more easily than ever. Recently, Teletrac company announced a new system that further regulates owners' data and information needs to ensure their driver's safety and security while on the job.
This mobile data interface can be used with the TMWSuite and TMW systems software programs in collaboration with the Fleet Director GPS device that is used in truck cabins. The technology seamlessly connects the software and the GPS to help fleet managers keep up with their drivers in real-time, quickly gathering information such as location, mileage and speed as it is happening.
The new technology can be used by a variety of trucking companies, from large commercial fleets to smaller, private carriers. This type of monitoring can play a big role in maintaining trucking safety and making sure employees are adhering to their compliance training for truck drivers by keeping even speeds and timely arrivals. Drivers will have an easier time contacting their supervisors as well, in case of any mishaps or questions while working.
